The deliciousness of classic apple pie in your own personal-sized galette! Our Apple Pie Galette is vegan and gluten-free. Local apples top a rich, caramel date sauce and everything is baked to perfection in our vegan and gluten-free pastry dough. It's all topped off with a sprinkling of turbinado sugar.
Reheat in oven or toaster oven at 375 for 10 minutes.
Our beloved chocolate chip cookies, now served up in convenient take-n-bake pints! Now you can bake fresh vegan, gluten-free chocolate chip cookies at home whenever the urge strikes - or eat it raw straight out of the tub!
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Scoop out 75 grams of dough (or roughly 2 tablespoons) per cookie. Press down to flatten a bit and sprinkle with course sea salt if you have it. Bake for 15-17 minutes. If you prefer smaller cookies just adjust your baking time accordingly!
