What's in our breads?

At Native Bread, we're redefining what gluten-free looks and tastes like. We only use nutrient dense, gluten-free whole grain flours and the highest quality ingredients we can find. Our breads are free of wheat, dairy, eggs, corn, soy, nuts, gums, preservatives, and refined sugars. 

However, it's not just about what we don't include in the breads, we're also proud of the ingredients we do include. The gluten-free grains and seeds we include are intentionally selected for the benefits they provide, including vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, B vitamins and calcium, and they are great sources of protein and fiber. We also use organic ingredients whenever possible.

Allergen Free Kitchen: We produce our products in an allergen free production kitchen where none of the top allergens are present including wheat, dairy, eggs, corn, soy, fish and nuts.

We also use certified gluten-free oat flour.
