Gluten-Free and Egg-Free Cinnamon Raisin French Toast

Our friend Jazz Leaf of @recipes4health created this delicious, egg-free French toast recipe using our Cinnamon Raisin bread! This will make the most amazing Sunday brunch that's sure to wow your friends and loved ones.
This recipe serves 2. It can easily be doubled to feed more people!
3-4 slices of Native Bread cinnamon raisin bread
2/3 cup of plant-based milk
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tsp orange juice (secret ingredient)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1️⃣ Mix the batter ingredients (everything but the bread) in a large flat-ish bowl. Let it sit for
10 minutes before dipping the bread.
2️⃣ Heat 1 tsp of coconut oil on a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Dip the bread in the batter to soak.
3️⃣ Cook the battered bread for 3-4 minutes per side.
4️⃣ I served mine with maple syrup + fresh blueberries
